You will love it!

This Jerusalem artichoke dip is about to be a party in your mouth. When roasted, the Jerusalem artichoke creates a nutty and toasty dip full of tangy and salty flavor, thanks to the soy sauce. It is excellent to serve with chips, vegetables, or as a spread with crackers.

Chef Tosca Tip

Remember to taste the dip when it is complete to nail the seasoning. If it tastes slightly bland, adjust the salt.

Ingredients

  • 450g Jerusalem artichoke (7-6 pieces)
  • 5g Soja sauce
  • 10g Olive oil
  • 70g Water
  • Pinch of salt

method

  1. Peel the artichokes and roast them in the oven with a little olive oil and salt at 200°C for 60 minutes
  2. Blend them together in your mixer until smooth with the water, soy sauce and olive oil
  3. Top with your favorite nuts, herbs and pepper. Enjoy either warm as a puree or room temperature as a dip
