No sooner had I started the Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne in 2015, that I found my calling in the kitchen, of all places. The kitchen stole my heart. I knew from then on that I would dedicate my story to what I call the 11th art — I started my culinary blog.
Since then, my passion for cooking and my curiosity led me to learn and discover a whole new world. I fell for media too: content creation & food photography became my playground. After collaborating and spicing up various businesses between New York and Geneva, I decided to turn my passion into my job:
Chef Tosca came to be.
