Hi, I’m Tosca ! A plant-based chef and recipe creator. I trained at the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, but my real culinary journey began eight years ago when I went plant-based.
Going plant-based, even if not always perfectly, changed everything for me: my health, my outlook, and the way I show up in the kitchen. I believe in trying, even imperfectly, over not trying at all. I'm not here to preach, just to share what I love. Whether you're fully vegan, veg-curious, or simply here for something delicious… There's always a seat for you at my table.
For me, food isn’t just about flavor… it’s about connection.To yourself, to others, and even across a screen. Food is a deeply sensual experience: it nourishes the body, feeds the soul, and brings people together.
It’s connected me to my family through long meals around the table, to my husband through our shared love of cooking, and to so many of you online: sharing recipes, stories, and a love for good food.
Whether I’m cooking for a yoga retreat in the mountains, developing recipes for a brand, or creating something for you to enjoy at home, my goal is always the same: thoughtful, vibrant, plant-based food that looks as good as it tastes. Because connection often starts with a good meal, and sometimes, it begins by eating with your eyes.
