You will love it!

Get ready to fall in love with this green pea spread. It highlights green peas and blends them alongside lemon juice, ginger, tahini, and basil to create a zesty, tangy, and super creamy spread. You might as well double the recipe so you won't run out.

Chef Tosca Tip

If you want a more zingy flavor, use half a lime and half a lemon when blending the mix.

Ingredients

  • 250 cooked green peas or edamame (or half half)
  • 20g lemon juice (half a lime or regular lemon)
  • 1g ginger
  • 30g tahini
  • 5-6 basil leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

method

  1. Blend all ingredients with a hand mixer or food processor until well combined. (Doesn't have to be super smooth)
  2. Enjoy with your favourite toast, grissini, vegetables, anything really
