Chunky Homemade Pesto
A chunky take on homemade pesto. This recipe will give extra texture and a delicious fragrant taste to any recipe: pesto, sandwiches or pizza.

Ingredients
90g olive oil
35g nuts (I used a mix of pine nuts, cashews and sunflower seeds)
35g fresh basil leaves
10g lemon juice
5g garlic (roasted or raw)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Method
Grossly blend all ingredients in a mixer
Add sauce to you favorite pasta or recipe
